Deal Of The Day:
11 STEPS
1 The first step is to open the theme settings area of your Shopify theme config and go into the Deal of the day section.
2 Detailed instructions are found here in the settings for deal of the day.
3 First up, you'll need to make sure that the feature is enabled.
4 Put the date that you would like to start your deal of the day rotation on.
5 Your text will be divided into 2 parts.
The first part will show before the progress bar and the Last part will show after the progress bar.
Now enter main text first part.
Ex. 'DEAL OF THE DAY'
6 Next, enter the Main text last part.
Ex. 'ENDS IN'
7 Next, select a color for the progress bar.
8 Next, select color for the progress bar full (background) color.
9 Next, select a color for the timer text.
10 Now click save to save your theme config and preview your changes.
11 Show deal of the day result.

Is there an item you want to offer a special deal on? Use the Deal of the Day tag on your products to make it happen. You MUST use apply the code deal-yyyy-mm-dd to any products you want to be included on your Deal of the Day.
Enable – Toggles use of Deal of the Day on or off. If you’re NOT using this feature we recommend disabling for maximum performance.
Main Text – Enter your main Deal of the Day text here. The default is: “DEAL OF THE DAY”.
Product Page Main Text – Enter the main text that will display on the product page. The default is: “DEAL OF THE DAY ENDS IN”
Please save your work after making necessary changes.
