First of all, in order to get this done, you would need to create a Page from the backend of Shopify: http://prntscr.com/pnudj8 and put your desire TEXT or HTML.

Once done, please go to the Customization Section -> Sections -> Add A Section: http://prntscr.com/pnudsq -> Custom Page Section (http://prntscr.com/pnudy0) -> then attach the page you created: http://prntscr.com/pnue12
