Issue: We have had a user who had entered in their BlueSnap API credentials and verified them with what BlueSnap showed. They also properly added the Funnel Buildr IP addresses to the white list.
However, they were still unable to process credit card transactions.
Solution: In this particular case, the user reached out to BlueSnap in regards to the issue. BlueSnap reset their API credentials. The user then used the new API credentials in Funnel Buildr and were able to successfully process credit card transactions through BlueSnap.
