From Shopify Admin Page -> Online Store -> Themes -> Customize -> see below:
You have to navigate to Product Pages first so you are able to see the Product Page - Tabs Option:
Just simply go to the Sections -> Product Information -> Shipping Tab Settings: uncheck the "Show Product Delivery" and that should remove it.
- If you want to disable the one in the Cart Page, you can easily do that in the theme settings -> Cart Page -> Order in the next ( at the very bottom of it )
