The contact page helps your customers reach you any way you accept, in a clean, forward and inviting page. This article explains the available options you can enable for your customers to contact you with.

 You can manipulate the settings in the theme settings -> Contact Page.

The contact page helps your customers reach you any way you accept, in a clean, forward and inviting page.

To use a contact page make sure to create a contact/contact us page in your Shopify admin.

16 STEPS


1 The first step is to open the theme settings area of your Shopify theme config and go into the Contact Page section.

2 Now scroll down and click Display Contact Form.

3 Next, scroll up and go to the top and enter a Contact Title.

Ex. '3 Easy Ways To Get In Touch'.

4 Next, enter the Contact Help Text (Contact subtitle).

5 Enable this option to display your header contact details on the contact page.

6 Next, enter the Contact Availability text.

Ex. 'Mon-Sat 9am-5pm Eastern'.

7 Now enter a contact number.

You can add up to 3 contact numbers.

8 Enter a Contact Email.

9 Next, enter your Physical Mailing Address Label.

10 Next, enter your Physical Mailing Address.

11 Now, click Display Live Chat to enable the feature.

12 Next, type your live chat URL.

13 Next, click Display FAQs Page Link to include a link to your FAQ's.

14 Enter URL for FAQs page.

15 Now click save to save your theme config and preview your changes.

That's it. You are done!

Contact Title – Allows you to enter a special heading or a default title will show. Ex: “Have an issue? Contact us below.”

Contact Help Text – Text that displays underneath the title. The default is: “Our happily helpful [Insert Your niche] Experts are on hand if you need them, whichever way you contact us.”

Contact Availability – Enter the hours you’re available for support.

Contact Phone Number 1,2 & 3 – You can enter any contact numbers you have in these spaces.

Contact Email – Provide support email customers can reach you at. Ex: [email protected]

Physical Mailing Address Label – Enter your mailing address label here. Ex: “Snail Mail”

Physical Mailing Address – Enter your mailing address here.

Display Contact Form – Toggles contact form display on or off.

Display Live Chat – Toggles live chat display on or off. You will need a third party app to make this work. 

URL For Live Chat – Enter the URL for your separate live chat service here. For example with tawk.to you'll need to add the direct chat link: https://www.tawk.to/knowledgebase/chat-widget/direct-chat-link/

Display Track Order Form – You can display an order tracking form here. Requires a third-party tracking application. Ex: Trackify.

Display FAQs Page Link – Displays a link to your FAQ page.

Link of FAQs Page to Display – Enter the link to your FAQ page here.
